Following our recent visit, Kindilink in Roebourne has warmly welcomed Benny and his message about Caring for Country.
Staff have placed a picture of Benny on a bin to motivate their young students to dispose of their rubbish properly.
Students were encouraged to practice their cutting skills and then dispose of the paper scraps in the Benny bin, helping them become familiar with proper waste disposal. The bin was then moved to its permanent location, and because it had become a familiar sight, this further reinforced the concept.
