Jordan Papertalk recently graduated from North West Alliance’s first Work Ready Program, delivered at Port Hedland and in partnership with Ashburton Aboriginal Corporation and Category5. Through dedication and perseverance, Jordan successfully completed the 8 week program, developing new skills in a practical workplace setting under guidance from his Supervisor, Alana from Ashburton Aboriginal Corporation. Alana’s mentorship and hands on approach created an engaging learning environment for Jordan, which reflected in his enthusiasm and positive attitude toward learning.
Tane Peters, Operations Manager, provided approachable leadership and mentoring to ensure safety compliance and proper work practices were maintained throughout the program while Paikare Kadar-Mia, Operations Supervisor, was integral to the success of the program.
